Haugabreen glacier in Stardalen
A varied tour with exciting challenges for everyone in the family or tour group. Choose your group's level of difficulty and you'll have a trip that you'll never forget!
The trip's group have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10. I do privat guiding as well for individuals and groups.
The duration of the trip is 6,5 to 7,5 hours + driving time.
It will take 1h30 hour to walk from the parking to the glacier. The trail to the glacier is 2,5 km (1,5 mi) and 300 meter height meters to climb.
Time on the ice is 2h to 2h30.
On the ice we will walk around and between cracks . We will see ice towers, do some climbing training with the glacier equipment and have fun! It is possible to adapt the trip to your group's skill level.
The price is NOK 1.050 per person.

Jostedalsbreen across
Jostedalsbreen across is a three-day expedition on Norway's largest glacier. An unforgettable experience in a fairytale landscape with views in all directions to the surrounding mountains. A demanding trip with a large packback, tent and mountain skis with traps, and which pays off in memories and a sense of mastery.
The trip's group have a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 12. I do privat guiding as well both for individuals and groups.
The age limit is 15 years on open trips. Participants must be in good physical shape and healthy, have significant experience on mountain skis and be able to carry a back pack weighing 20 kilograms.
Rendezvous at Øygard Parking (Flatbrehytta) in Fjærland. Private buss to Bødalen, Loen or Fåbergstølen, Jostedalen, depending on route and seasonal conditions.
The duration of the trip is three whole days with to nights in tent on the glacier. Day stages are 9 to 12 hours.
The price is NOK 3.500 per person. Payment by invoice ahead of trip.
Our trip will end where the buss picked us up at Øygard Parking by Flatbrehytta.
Glacier courses
Do you want to be able to explore the glaciers on your own? A glacier course can make you independent of a guide and unlock new adventures.
Courses can be customized to your needs.
A full glacier course has a duration of five days. It can be segmented into smaller pieces with different topics to build a relevant competence with the participants.
Nigardsbreen glacier
A low threshold tour with exciting challenges for everyone in the family or tour group. Slightly easier tour than Haugabreen. Choose your group's level of difficulty and you'll have a trip you'll never forget!
This is a busy glacier with a lot of tourists. If you prefer more privacy we recommend the Haugabreen tour.
The trip's group have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10. I do privat guiding as well for individual and groups.
The duration of the trip is 5,5 to 6,5 hours + driving time.
It will take 1h hour to walk from the parking to the glacier. The trail to the glacier is 2,5 km (1,5 mi) and 100 meter height meters to climb.
Time on the ice is 2h to 2h30.
On the ice we will walk around and between cracks . We will see ice towers, do some climbing training with the glacier equipment and have fun! It is possible to adapt the trip to your group's skill level.
The price is NOK 1.050 per person. Bank transfer before the trip or cash on the day of the trip.
Hiking
Our tours range in duration from 1 hour to a full 15 hours, depending on your preferences and ambitions. Whether you are looking for a short, leisurely walk or a longer, challenging hike, we can create an experience perfectly suited to you.

Skiing trips
The area around Jølster and Fjærland are perfect for different types of skiing trips, such as backcountry skiing like ski/alpine touring/randonee, ski mountaineering and telemark.
In the Jølster and Fjærland there are a large number of mountains to explore by skis, with or without skins.
With skins on randonee or mountaineering skis you can reach peaks of all skill levels with amazing views and exciting descents.
